Exchange item(s)

You do not want to return one or more items from your order for a refund (revocation) but exchange them for another size / variant? That is very easy possible with us! Here we show you how.

1) Click here to access our Return Center

2) Enter your email address (with which you ordered) and your order number and click on "Start":

3) Select the quantity of the item(s) you want to exchange (usually 1) and click "Next Step":

4) Select "Exchange" for exchange > select at "Return reason" the reason for the return (e.g. "Doesn't suit me" if the size doesn't fit) > select at "Exchange for" which variant (color and size) you want to exchange your item for > (use the field "Notes" optionally for notes or feedback) > click on "Next Step":

5) Now you will see a summary of your exchange request. If everything is correct, please click "Submit return" to submit this exchange. Or click "Return to options" if something is not right here or you want to change something. Optionally, you can also upload pictures if there is a defect or complaint.

6) Done! After you have submitted the request, please wait 1-2 business days for us to approve the exchange via email and confirm the correct return address. Once approved, you can send the item(s) to us at the address provided in the email.

We do not charge new shipping costs for exchanges. The consumer is responsible for the return shipping costs. The exchange is only possible within 14 days after delivery. Exchange excluded for commercial customers.
