Delivery Time

3 to 5 business days after order confirmation.
Once your order is on its way, you will receive a separate shipping confirmation by email.
Worldwide shipping available.
Express shipping options can be voluntarily selected during checkout. They are weight-based and displayed at checkout.

Shipping Costs

Germany: €3.90 – free from €75
All other EU countries: €4.90 – free from €75
Taxes and duties are already included in the product price.
United Kingdom: £3.90 – free from £50
Switzerland: CHF 4.90 – free from CHF 75
All other countries outside the EU (Rest of World): from €14.90, calculated at checkout.
Import duties and fees may be charged by the destination country.

Returns & Return Costs

We provide free return labels in the following countries: Germany, Netherlands, France, Italy, United Kingdom.
Prepaid return label available for customers in the following EU countries; €9.90 return costs will be deducted from your refund: Austria, Czech Republic, Poland, Hungary, Belgium, Spain, Denmark, Finland.
Switzerland: CHF 15 return costs will be deducted from your refund.
Returns from countries not listed above: no return label available. Customers must cover return shipping costs themselves. We recommend sending the package with insurance. Any import duties or customs fees incurred for returns will be deducted from the refund.
Of course, returns within the EU may also be franked and sent by the customer at their own expense.
