Returns

We are sorry that you want to return items from your order. Nevertheless, we would like to offer the best possible service for a simple return during this process. Please proceed as follows:

1. Log in to our Returns Portal with your order number and email address within 30 days after delivery.

2. Select the items you want to return.

3. Create a return label (EU & UK only)* or frank it yourself and ship back to us, also within 30 days after delivery.

4. You will receive a refund within 14 days to the original payment method.

*A prepaid return label can be generated for consumers in the European Union and the United Kingdom.
The fee for a prepaid return label will be deducted from the refund: view fees.
