1. Where do you ship from?
Orders of our own brand Norvine are shipped from the USA, UK, Germany or Australia, depending on your location.
Products from the brand Brandit are always shipped from Germany.

2. How long does shipping take?
Most Norvine orders are shipped within 1–3 business days. Delivery times vary by region:

  • USA & Canada: approx. 3–5 business days

  • Europe (including Germany & UK): approx. 2–7 business days

  • Rest of the world: see our shipping policy

3. Will I get a tracking number?
Yes. You’ll automatically receive a tracking link via email as soon as your order has been shipped.

4. Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayPal, major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Amex), Klarna, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and various local options.

5. Can I cancel or change my order?
If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, we’re happy to help. Just contact us immediately via email or WhatsApp.

7. What’s your return policy?
Unused items can be returned within 30 days. Please use our dedicated return portal:

8. Will I have to pay customs or taxes?
There are no extra charges for shipments to the USA, UK or EU. For other regions, local customs fees may apply.

9. What sizes do you offer?
Most of our unisex T-shirts are available in sizes S to 2XL, and selected designs go up to 3XL.

10. Do you have a physical store?
No – Norvine is an online-only brand, but we ship worldwide.
