After your returns notification has been approved automatically or manually, you can send the goods back to us.

We offer the following options in Europe:

Get a prepaid return label here in our returns portal. The costs will be offset against the refund.

OR & CONSUMERS OUTSIDE EUROPE:

register your return in our Returns Portal or stamp your return yourself and send the goods to:
- for parcel shipments with the national postal company in your country or DHL: Norvine c/o Matingen, Postfiliale 508, Bonner Str 15, 40589 Düsseldorf, Germany
- for parcel shipping with DPD, GLS, UPS, FedEx or another shipping service provider: Norvine, Suite 3290, Emsdettener Str 10, 48268 Greven, Germany (longer processing time)

REVOCATION IS ONLY PERMITTED WITHIN 30 DAYS OF DELIVERY.
