To start the return process for your order, please enter your email address or phone number and the order number below.

How do I return?

  • Log in to your order on this page within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Select the item(s) for which you wish to cancel or exchange. 
  • Wait for our confirmation with return instructions.

 

What items are returnable?

  • They must be in original condition
  • They must have all original tags on the product
  • Unwashed and unworn clothing
  • In the original packaging (if possible)
  • Face masks and hygienic items cannot be returned once unpacked
  • Please feel free to keep any promotional stickers or flyers

 

Are there any charges? Who can return and how?

  • European Union: shipping costs will be refunded in case of cancellation, our refund policy according to EU law applies. There are no fees from our side. You bear the cost of return, or you can request a return slip here (see prices).
  • Outside the EU: as a gesture of goodwill and on a voluntary basis, we accept returns and exchanges as appropriate at our discretion. Shipping costs are not refundable. In case of exchange, shipping costs are due again. If customs and/or import fees are incurred by importing your return from a third country into the European Union, these will be withheld from the refund. A copy of the fee statement will of course be provided to you upon request.

 

How soon will I get my refund?

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Once your cancellation has been processed, we will make the refund to the original payment method as soon as possible (but no later than 14 days).
